How much does window cleaning cost?
Exterior window cleaning is $125–$400, and inside and out is $200–$500. The price depends on how many windows your home has and how many stories it is. Most Sauble Beach homes land in the lower-middle of that range, and the online price calculator gives your own estimate in about a minute.
How much does gutter cleaning cost?
Gutter cleaning is $150–$300, based on the size of your home, the number of stories and how full the gutters are.
How much does siding cleaning cost?
Siding cleaning is $200–$450 for vinyl siding, based on the size of your home and the number of stories.
Is there a discount for booking more than one service?
Yes. Book two or more services together and you save 10% on the total.

When is the cleaning season?
May 1 to September 30 every year. The calendar is open up to a year ahead, so you can book next season's date any time.

Do you clean the inside of windows too?
Yes. Choose “Interior & exterior” in the price calculator to have the inside and outside of your windows cleaned, including the glass, tracks and screens.
What kind of siding do you clean?
Vinyl siding, with a gentle soft-wash that lifts grime, algae and lake-front debris without damaging your home's finish. Stone and stucco aren't cleaned.
