To book a cleaning, the website asks for:

• Your name, service address, and a phone number and/or email address
• The date and time you pick, and details about your home (square footage, stories, window count, and the services you choose)
• Anything you add in the notes box

This is used only to confirm and carry out your appointment and to contact you about it.

Each time the price calculator shows an estimate, the answers you chose and the price shown are saved without your name or any contact details. This shows which services and prices are most useful to customers, so pricing can be improved.

If you arrive through an online ad or a social media post, the website remembers that link's tag in your own browser for up to 30 days, and saves it with your estimate or booking. This shows which ads and posts actually help customers find Shine and Flow.

No advertising cookies or tracking pixels are used, and your information is never used to follow you around the internet.

Only the business owner can see booking details. Your information is never sold, and it isn't shared with anyone else except as needed to run the website or when required by law.

Information is stored securely with Google Firebase (Google Cloud), which may store it on servers outside Canada, including in the United States.

Booking details are kept as long as they're needed to serve you and to meet tax record-keeping rules (generally six years), then deleted. Anonymous price information doesn't identify you and may be kept longer.

You can ask to see the information held about you, correct it, or have it deleted (unless it must be kept for tax records). Just get in touch:
